JERSEY PRODUCTION PROCESS

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is placed, our system must check to ensure we have all necessary elements to customize your jersey. Once confirmed, your order information is forwarded over to our warehouse for picking.

ORDER PICKING

Every custom jersey order starts off as a blank. Once our customization team receives your order, a staff member will pick out the blank jersey to get the process started.

NAME & NUMBER PRODUCTION

Each & every CoolHockey jersey is made custom to order. Our expert customization team will get to work making all the customization elements that will go on your jersey.

PRESSING YOUR JERSEY
(PRE-STICH ONLY)

Once all the customization elements of your jersey have been created, it’s time to take them over to our Heat Press station. Each customization element is skillfully aligned by our customization experts and pressed together using the most advanced and durable jersey customization techniques.

STITCHING YOUR JERSEY
(Hand-Stitched only)

Once all the customization elements of your jersey have been created, it’s time to take them over to our expert sewing team. Each customization element is sewn directly onto the jersey, and placed to the exact specifications of the NHL, NHLPA and Adidas.

QUALITY CONTROL CHECK

Each and every jersey is given a full spot check for accuracy, damage, or any other issues that may arise before it is sent out for shipping. Our QC team follows the guidelines set forth by the NHL, NHLPA and Adidas to ensure that each jersey that goes out is of the highest possible quality.

JERSEY SHIPMENT

Once your jersey has passed the QC check, it is moved over to our shipping station to be sent out to you. Deliveries usually go out twice a day, every day from Monday to Friday.

JERSEY DELIVERED

Your jersey goes through a lengthy production process from cutting letters and numbers to applying them on the jersey and finally being handed over to one of our Nationally recognized shipping partners. We appreciate the fact that you chose CoolHockey for your jersey, and hope you enjoy it!
